i have a 2015 with innovated tunes, no limit intake, no limit egr ******, and I'm running the hot tune not the race and I've been seeing tranny temps in the 220-230 range daily driving getting on it here and there but not too hard is this normal on these new trucks?

Check your 2nd cooling system for low coolant.

What this guy said^^^^ Had the same thing happen to me, you lose A LOT of coolant from your secondary when you take the EGR off, a lot more than you realize. Check ALL the coolant lines that normally went to the EGR and the hose that gets replaced with an EGR removal.

Also, might want to flush the tranny. Good idea to get rid of any possible burn fluid.

well i popped the hood and noticed the secondary tank was empty so i filled it back up ran it a while opened the lid topped it off a little more and she's good too go now. i talked too the guy who did the ******s he said usually theirs air pockets get in when your filling them back up and you might wanna keep a gallon with you for a few days until all the air is out of the system but i ran it around town for an hour getting on it hear and there and it stayed about 192-200. sorry for being dumb I'm new being this is my first diesel I've owned and these tunes rock shift is perfect spot on.

Don't feel bad, just be glad you caught it before you did any damage!

I had never actually heard that the secondary system would cause that so that's good to know for sure. I can attest for the EGR causing some major air and the need to keep toping it off for a few days. Took me a good week to get the right level figured out.
