Trans Fluid Change ??

Getting my new chip sent back soon and a new valve body. Had thoughts about changing the fluid and filter in my auto trans so everything would be fresh. Then i started talking to people and some said new fluid can be hard on my trans and some said go ahead and change it and put new Mercon Fluid in. Tell me what you think i should do.

That is total BS, fluid is worn out, change it every 30k. Drain your TC too btw.
