Back in Feburary the transmission went out. Had it rebuilt with Alto Red's and Kolene Steels. Did not do any billet internals at the time due to $$$ but did get the billet input. Three weeks ago coming home I snapped the input shaft off in the TC and stripped the splines out of the O/D planetary.. Awesome.. I know... Billet input shaft was never installed in Feb during the R/R... They had it but never installed it. Blessing in disguise to me b/c now I can get all the billet interenals. Aaron @ Rudy's went above and beyond and so did Elite with getting me the parts. All is good right?? This is where I am stumped.. Get all the parts in and put it all together. Changed out a couple of solenoids why we where in there as well as a new wiring harness. Road test number 1.. Truck does fine except its on E and studdering as we pull into the station. Wrench pops up and its basic codes about the fuel system. Fill her up, cleared the codes, and everything was good. Road test 2... Truck throws two codes. P0757 which is one of the solenoids we changed. P2701 which is you got me.... Put the truck in Reverse and it acted liked it engaged but would not move unless I gave it gas..Alot of Gas. I put it in drive and pulled forward again to check and same thing. Turn truck off and acted normal this time. Weird I know, but now this AM the same thing. Would not go in reverse unless I gave it gas. Also, I drove it on a longer test at interestate speeds for 45 mins. Get somewhere to stop and it would not go out of drive. The shifter was stiff like something was stuck keeping it from moving. Messed with it a minute and got the truck in park. Now its in Park and will not go into any gear. WTH is going on here transmission guros???
