Transmission Overhaul

Looking to rebuild.....My question is what is everyone doing? I think am going to give the RCD torque converter a shot....ssssoooo

Billet Input, Billet Intermediate, Billet overdrive, Billet reverse hub, Billet flexplate and Suncoast or Elite rebuild kits????

ANY help would be appreciated.....Oh I eventually want Tow Powers which should put me at around a constant 700hp. I want something that will last but NOT go over board with a $6500 bill. My mods so far are:

Ported Intake......VERY SOON
DD Exhaust manifolds
ELITE egr delete with wastegate
4" downpipe
5" exhaust
Spartan tuner
ARP studs
Valve springs
pushrods
CFM+ with CAC pipe
AFE intake
Airdog

Unless you plan on towing I'd go with a single kit over tow powers. But its all in personal preference.

Wow with all that billet its gonna b 6500 anywhere. Lol. Why you need all that billet for 700 HP anyway.

Well didnt want all billet thats why I was asking what everyone was doing......and I do tow some I have an enclosed trailer for other toys!!!

Oh and I didnt add....might end up spraying too!!! My bike had nitrous on it so I am a fan!! So I need something that holds up!

Would love a singe kit s472 to be honest.....BUT already have the money in the EGR kit, air intake and exhaust manifolds which would be out with a single. I actually like MPD's kits went to Rudy's and they are a work of art. Just dont want to loose the money and I like the stock sleeper look when you look under the hood. Could sale everything but would loose my A$$......

Makes sense I don't blame you there. Should be a extremely fun truck regardless once you get it where you want it.

Not a bad idea to overbuild

If you can swing it, I always am in favor of overbuilding. Reduces the chances of a breakdown down the road. But you can over do it and just be throwing money away.
