Transmission rebuild need input

Alright well it's that time transmission is gonna get an overhaul. Would really appreciate input on what seems to be the best parts and where I can get some good deals. I wanna go with at least a mildly built tranny don't want stock parts but also don't really have a whole lot of money left lol so any input would be greatly appreciated

Are looking to rebuilt it yourself with performance parts, or are you planning to have it sent someplace to rebuild?

Got a guy who will rebuild it for me for basically nothing and he knows his stuff so im really just lookin to buy the parts cuz i def dont wanna have to pay shipping to send it off somewhere.. and theres really only one shop close to me that ive heard is good
