truck acts like running out of fuel need help

I was heading to my co-op yesterday and I ran out of fuel on the way(fuel light was on but wasn't on the red). After I put some fuel in it, it fired right up but now it runs like its starving for fuel and its intermittent. I replaced the fuel pump today as the old one was on its way out and I'm still having the same problem,does anyone have an idea as to what it could be? Its stock Bosch pump with an AD100, could it be the screens in the pickup?

Did you do anything to clear all that air out of your fuel lines? And a guess as to your truck dying before empty, either you have a bad sending unit, or the pickup foot broke off the sending unit, probably the foot

I just pulled the pickup and the screens were full of trash.

same exact thing happen to mine last week.
I ordered the proper stuff to fix from Strictly Diesel

Mine was doing the same thing last week. Fuel pressure dropping to zero. Pulled the fuel line off and hit it with 100 lbs. of air pressure. Been fine since. I have to drop the tank and pull something out of the tank that is clogging the pickup.
