Hey guys!

As many of you may remember, I have been having troubles the last 7 months with a rough and erratic idle.
I tracked my problem down to the SRP 1.1. The SRP 1.1 has a small internal spring that broke and ran through my injectors. I upgraded to twin terminator HPOPs and sent my injectors to Full Force for a tune up and flow.

I got everything back together about 3 days ago. I put 150 miles on the truck and now it's starting to run like crap again.

Videos of how she is running.
High Idle:

Now I have the following codes:
P0603 - Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error
P1282 - Injector Control Pressure Higher Than Desired (engine running)
P0344 - Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)
P0478 - Exhaust Pressure Control Valve High
P1212 - Injector Control Pressure Lower Than Desired (engine crank or run)

Seems like something is going wrong with this thing left and right.

I just remembered that I forgot to clear the codes after getting the air out of the HPO system. I'll wait and see if any of these codes come back!

I see a CPS code in there. It will also cause a bunch of other codes. The twin terminators could be causing the High ICP also. Are you tuned for the twin HPOP's?

The CPS code had me a bit worried. I had the chip reburned by Dyno Proven for the twin HPOPs. I still need to go in for a live tune though. Going to get that scheduled Monday.
My shift points are all weird, the only tune that shifts mediocre is my economy tune. My daily and hot tunes shift right around 2800 rpm and feels like a I'm riding a bull.
I've also got about 760 psi of ICP at idle. Seems a bit high? My ICP ramps up and down 400 psi at 55+ mph and it feels like the truck is surging. These all seem like tuning problems? Does the idle sound erratic to you in the video? I haven't heard another 7.3 idle besides mine in like 6 months. Haha

760 rpm idle sounds about right. Every tuner I've talked to likes ~750 rpm. A nice, crisp shift sounds about right. have you ever ridden a bull? What's weird about your shift points?

Not RPM, I'm talking about ICP @ idle.
I'm seeing anywhere between 700-760 PSI of ICP at idle with my current tuning. My 6 month old tune with SRP 1.1 only made around 590-620 PSI of ICP at idle. I was just curious if 700-760 PSI of ICP at Idle was high?

I didn't say anything about a crisp shift? It's more of a violent shift.
For example, say I give the truck 15-20% throttle and shoot for 30 mph.
It will stay in first gear until 2800 RPM as if I am 75% throttle. It does this in every tune besides my Economy tune.

Check engine light came on after a 1/2 throttle acceleration today.
Had another code:
"Injector Control Pressure Higher Than Desired (engine run)"

Started idling real erratic. Turned the truck off and back on, it idled a bit smoother, still doesn't seem normal.

Hahaha. You're okay man, I've done that plenty of times!

What are you using for a pulling and clearing codes? Can you data log anything?
