Truck won't start Help

Ok driving to work last week fuel started to gel truck died changed filters added 911 when cranking to start the truck In mid-crank it stopped nothing after that so I changed the starter still nothing. Checked battery's they have 14 and 14.1. When I turn the key I get one click lights seem to dim. Is there a starter relay?

See if the engine will turn over by hand.

Yes bolted on the right front fender, Right next to the battery.

What is the voltage while cranking? WTS light going on/off like normal? Fuel pump on? Fuses good?

How nasty are your battery posts? Locate the starter relay and jump the two large posts with a screw driver. If it does nothing then the relay is shot. If it still clicks or actually tries to start then the starter or connections are bad.

I am having a hard time locating the starter relay it's not on the pass fender. I have new battery's and new starter I bought a new relay they sell one for the 2003 7.3 but I can't find it on the truck. What is the relay in front of the glow plug relay?

Yes. The other one next to the GPR is the relay for the AIH.

I believe on 2002 and 2003 model the relay for the starter is on the starter, or so I've been told. Haven't looked personally.

Ok thanks to everyone for the help. I finally looked at fuses closer and found the 30 amp starter fuse was blown. Changed it out and pow it starts. Again thanks to everyone for all the help
