so whats the updated best for someone like myself that already has an sct? a few months ago PIP was supposed to be the cats meow for SCT owners.

Try Innovative diesel. I have his DPF on tunes on my 15 F350. Im getting 15.7 mpg as a all around average of mostly city and some hwy. If I drive conservative I'm at 16.2 or better...and this is going through a complete tank diesel and yes it did a Regan one time which in the end knocked the mileage down a little. The power is awesome in just the street tune..very impressive, and the shifting is spot on. Can't get any better. Good Luck.

BTW..this is with a 6" lift and 37" tires.
