Just an example of how it will pull some codes KOEO and some not. The communication codes are sometimes there and usually go away with a few restarts. They pretty much mean nothing Edit. I drove around some more and the CEL come back on. So I ended up plugging the vgt back in. Then with the engine running, I checked for codes (same vgt codes came up), cleared the codes and the CEL went away, went down the road and the truck still acted as I had the vgt unplugged.
