Tuning Transmission Help

Hey guys I looking for the best way to make my stock 5r110 last longer. Is it best to tune my shift firmness all the way up or is there a sweet spot on where it should be at. I am easy to moderate on the peddle and very rarely go over 65% throttle. Thanks for the help

I always cranked mine up to 10-15%. I firm shift is good because there is less slipping. I liked being able to feel the shift. Currently running the stock transmission with some mods and have it all the way to +25%.
