Turbo boost

I have a 08 f350 with dpf delete and a sct livelier. I recently did the egr delete and now my truck will only build 29 psi until 4th gear then it will sky rocket to 40+. I was wondering if any one could explain why it's doin that or if something is messed up.

I would try reloading your tune first.
