Turnaround time from NLTD?

Hey all,

I just wanted to see what your experiences are with NLTD on their turn around time with your chips.
I was told on the phone (Oct 15th) 1 and a half weeks once they receive my chip. I sent it to them the 16th. I assume it made it by the latest Oct 21st.
I haven't heard anything since. I assume a company would keep you updated if there was something wrong that would change the date they would return it by.
I called them this past Monday (Nov 18th) after hours and left a message. I didn't hear anything from them all this week. I wasn't aware I needed to call and harass to get the service I was promised, so I figured I would come over to their forum to maybe get some attention.

I am eager to try their tunes since I attended an event with them this past July in TN. I had heard mixed reviews but was given an opportunity to try them out.

Overall, I just want my chip back... the trucks a gutless wonder without it.

I'm not in any way standing up for them, because there is no excuse for this kind of mess...

But they are in the process of moving their shop, and things could have gotten misplaced and forgotten. I'm sure they will chime in eventually and make things right.

I appologize for the shoddy customer service ...I assure you I will address it with my people!!!

As far as your chip goes I shall make it my top priority tomorrow to get you totally squared away!!!!

I have heard nothing bad about your tunes, but I have heard from a few other individuals that they were promised similar turn around time and it ended up being a week or two longer.
I wasnt aware you guys were in the middle of a move, I bet that messes with schedules.

All I would have liked was either a phone call or email notifying me what the cause of delay was and when I could expect it to be shipped back.
Other than that, its all good.

I look forward to trying the tunes! :thumbsup:

The move was close to a biblical disaster!!!!

BUT .....You should of been taken care of!!
