Two Questions: WTF Tire Wear & Broken Leaf

Hey guys, two questions.

I have a broken passenger side rear leaf (lower of the 4-leaf pack). Any recommendations of stock height F350 replacement leaf packs? I'll probably go ahead and replace the packs on all 4 corners while I'm at it.

Also, after a recent trip (about 500m each way) I noticed a strange tire wear pattern I've never seen on a tire before. Wondering if it's something pertaining to my truck, or if it's these Firestone Destination M/T's at fault. The wear is ONLY on the inside row of lugs, but the wear is random. Some lugs are worn down 1-3mm more than the one next to it, some weirdly worn ones are side-by-side, others are spaced 8+ lugs apart. The wear is on all 4 corners, and the tires are white lettering out. Thoughts?

Tires being out of balance is usually the cause of abnormal wear like that. Have you checked the pressure in them lately?

Tires pressures are checked weekly (53psi). Had my first leak in two years with these tires the day prior to my trip.

Shocks have never been changed in the 2 years I've owned the truck. That is one of my suspicions of the tire issue, but for it to happen on all 4 corners at the exact same time out of no-where seems odd.

It could be ball joints, shocks, tire balancing, bad suspension parts. Worn bushings. I would have the tires checked for balance and check your shocks and ball joints

Seeing that you rotate them regularly I am willing to bet you have an alignment issue up front. Check the toe in, camber, and ball joints. To get inside wear on the rear tires you would have to have camber or toe in distortion due to the housing being bent, which is unlikely unless this truck has accident history.

And it could be the tires also. I had a set similar In design they were courser mts master craft and I had the same issue even after alignments.

I have the front end aligned every fall for the last 2 years because I know a shop that does it cheap (plus the initial safety, so it's been aligned 3 times in 2.5 years).

I'll get some better pics of the tire wear, but I'm thinking it's a tire issue.

My main concern now is replacement leaf packs, if anyone has any light to shed on that topic?

If you broke the lower leaf ( the biggest one) carli makes a replacement lower spring pack that removes the lower leaf and replaces it with a 6 leaf mini pack, not to mention it will ride smoother.
