U0121 How to fix?

I unhooked my brake module tonight while working and now it's throwing the code. I've cleared it a few times and it keeps coming back. Anyone have this before? I can't seem to find any info.

Well it didn't fix its self over night. I also don't have a speedo.

Any ideas? I've checked all brake module fuses, checked the pins in the connection, and uncooked the batteries for awhile and still nothing.

All you did was unhook the module no other issues?

Can you monitor vss with your tuner?

Just got it. The rubber seal was all jacked up and wouldn't let it go all the way in.
