Never had an issue personally.

But, google the "50 cent mod."

You can make clips out of two quarters.

i think the 50 cent mod does the same thing but i dont know if it will work on a 02 mines an 00 search 50 cent mod and you can see if it will work to be sure

You take 2 quarters and grind a little bit off and slide 1 quarter under each of the UVCH clips. Like so.

Last one I did I just took a little RTV and placed on the cracks between plugs to help keep it from coming apart. Probably cheaper then .50 LOL

That connector looks diff than mine. Is this a superduty only mod?

yes obs trucks have a completely different valve cover gasket and harness. yours actually like to burn up ,not come unplugged. they will burn a hole right thru the plastic and you will get the same symptoms the op has.

I put a little dab of glue on each corner of the connector. They will not come unplugged. It will require a moto tool to get them apart.

That's a good idea. If I ever have another problem ill do that. Already have the drivers side on and I don't feel like messing with that back valve cover bolt again lol
