Don't trust the flea bay ones at all.

I had success with a unit from RockAuto (it wasn't an NAW4, but it was an ALF4 for my 94). STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS Part # EM1408 is the one for F6TF-12A650-AYE. It is listed under the 1995 F-350 model year, electrical, ECM. On the plus side it is only $118 plus $68 refundable core. Cheers!

You should also be able to use a TDE1 or TDE0 pcm for your shopping.
