VGT Squeal

Under heavy boost It'll have a squeal and drop boost. VGT turbo going out?
Normal sound at idle no codes.

Checked uppipes there not leaking nor any signs of it leaking. They look new actually. fire wall foil is clean also .

Is more of a grinding noise then a squeal. right after that it will drop boost.
