Hay there guys I made a video of how to disassemble and install injector nozzles for the 6.4L's. The reason I made the video is because I know that alot of people out there have questions about how to do this just like I did. I hope this helps you guys out.

Any special size socket(8mm)/tool to push the new washer on new tip ? what did you use? just thought that would be a good little tip/ addition to your great video

Very similar to a 7.3 injector concerning the dowel pins, however the lower half comes off much easier without the soot sticking the parts together. Very nice having the hex in the body-- they got smart..

To install the new crush washer onto the new nozzle use either a 8mm or a 5/16 deep well socket to tap with a hammer and push the new washer onto the new nozzle body. Make sure to install the washer after the retaining nut is torqued to 50 ft/lbs.

LOL So I'm not the only one. Same here but I did it twice in about 15 minutes on my first set.I just went in blind and broke 2 then I had some guys from here explained it to me. The vid would have great then.
