Read it gives garbage fuel mileage. where could I get it changed to a different code, cause my truck smokes like a bitch and gets 10.8mpg driving like a sunday grandma. 13 on full hwy :lame:

Innovative can do a ficm roll back with tuning that is supposed to help mileage. Have no experience with it personally.

Did PHP stop doing FICM rollbacks? I have the same strategy and was actually told by a VERY widely known tuner to "update" my old strategy to this one. I too get crap for mileage now.

That wasn't the strategy on it when I had it, and I know we talked, it did a lot better. I will check, it was a vxcf8... if I recall correctly. Eric should be able to look it up under my name, David Baker. Broken record....call Tadd.

Yeah when I blew hg's i think they updated the code (damn ford) and I did call tadd, and the lady danny told me that he only does tuning on fridays now and it will take weeks to get a tune. i am just waiting for them anyways I just didnt know if even with tadd's if i should get the stragedy changed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the tuner have the option to write in whatever strategy they choose? I was under the impression that the strategy really only mattered on stock trucks without a custom tune.

eric can change the strategy through a tune. He did it to mine. Under stock tuning my strategy is VXAP2B2...now when tuned my strategy is VXAN2O2 believe.
