hi guys, i have 3 bad injectors right now and my turbo is pretty much junk, so i decided to get a set of Warrens 190/100's, a Garrett 63.5mm Powermax, and an Airdog II. I have an SCT Xtreme tuner and will get custom tunes once I get the parts in my truck. Anyone have a similar set up in their 6.0? Anyone got an estimated RWHP and torque? And most important, will the stock trans hold up to this? Please let me know what you people are thinking!:fordoval:

You should be around 525 for sure. Do you have or are you getting a regulated return kit? If not, I would.

Edit: And if you run your tranny hard, I don't think it would last too long. I'd put that next on your list.

Good luck keep us posted.

I would rethink the airdog 2. Go with a low pressure to the stock pump if its stiil good, or go with a custom fuel lab or aeromotive.

Trans will hate life if ran hard for long. Dont get me wrong it is stout for sure but dont expect it to last forever. Custom tunes will help prolong it for sure.

Stock pump location still sucks. How many gph can a stock pump run? I've been through 3 air dog pumps. I'm not endorsing airdog, but they do have good customer service and now that I got my setup correct (no leaks and a sump) I've had no problems. The nice thing about an aftermarket pump and filter is the air and water separation. Really quiets the motor down.

I was going to ask that as well. I would just stick with a stocker if you are going with a pmax but I no longer have a 6.0 haha. I know it has its benefits but it is not worth it to me

I see a flaw in this, great customer service or not 4 pumps is unexceptable imo.

Haha great service in sending out free pumps and hoping that he eventually gets a good one. I dont understand why more people dont run Fass systems honestly.

i had a pmax and 200/75's and made 534 hp. your trans will last as long as you want it to as long as you are fast n furious between each stoplight.

I wouldn't be suprised if you didn't hit 500hp with the powermax and 190's because alot of guys with that setup can't even hit 500hp. I honestly think that you probably wont even hit 500hp. As far as the trans goes...if your tuning is spot on...it'll be fine over 500hp.

Two things will be short lived. The head gaskets if not studded and the trans if you are hard on it. With Matt's tunes you should like it.
