Okay I was wondering why is the Warren Diesel 225 CC Hybrids so cheap? Could they be fitted for daily use or only used for strictly competition? What would be a perfect set up with those injectors.(Turbo HPOP Fuel system etc) Also another question whats the difference between a conventional and a hybrid? is it the same concept of going for a single and hybrid on a 7.3? Going to be looking for injectors for a friends 6.0 soon.

Yes you could run them as a daily drive with the right Turbo set-up and tunes if he doesn't plan on towing. The stock hpop will run up to a 300cc hybrid so as far as fuel I'd run an a1000 set like some of the vendors on here sell with an rr. For the Turbo I'd get divided t4 up-pipe like cutting edge diesel sells and put and s468 on. If he wants something more streetable and fun I'd go with a set of 205/100 and a s366 it will spool quick and still put at 600 HP

These are very street able as we haven't seen any issues with our hybrids on the street. The difference between the two is that the hybrid uses a larger plunger in turn the barrel is modified. You do have have some give and take as far as the differences though. Hybrids have a slightly lower ratio but you will still make great power, as far as conventional injectors at this size you will need dual hpops to maintain pressure.

These injectors include a flow sheet as well as full warranty.

We would recommend a fuel system with an a1000 or fuel lab alternative.

Turbo sizing is kind of a choice of yours, but take into consideration that you have a give and take with turbos as well. Are you going to tow with this setup, spray, overall what's the intended usage of the truck.

I'm leaning towards 205/75 - 225/75 conventionals with a Barder Stg. 3 and thoughts of compounds in the future. I believe full ICP is necessary for the best atomization of the fuel, so I'll be getting dual HPOPS to ensure that.

I'm still learning a lot and have not dabbled in hybrid injectors as of yet. Is the point of a hybrid to lower the ICP requirement so you do not have to run dual HPOP?

Even if the stock hpop can keep up...what would be better/run better...a 205/75 conventional or 205/75 hybrid? Would it be totally stupid to make a 205/75 hybrid if the stock hoop will keep up with a 205/75? I would love to eventually step up to a 205/75 from my current 190/75's

I think a conventional that can maintain full ICP will put more power down than a hybrid due to the ratio within the injector. The overall injection pressure will be less with a hybrid. I have no proof of this, but from what I have gathered from my interwebbing, that is what I have concluded.

For a 205 I would probably stay conventional unless you can't maintain pressure. If you can maintain on 205s than I'd say the conventionals may have a slight advantage, now 225s are a different story.

Patrick, is the purpose of a hybrid injector to allow a larger volume body to be used with lower ICP? I'm new to the hybrid idea, so please forgive my ignorance.

Were leaning towards 225 hybrid or a 285 hybrid with a s475. Do VGT's go good with big injectors?

Just depends on cfm's if the turbo is able to clean up the fuel.

Somewhat, Hybrids allow you to build a larger injector while still using the same oil as its much smaller conventional counterpart. It essentially is a much higher efficiency injector (as far as oil needs go). I hope that helps explain it. If not give us a call and I can try to explain it a little clearer lol
