Wanted to start a thread discussing where to plumb in coolant feed and return lines for a turbo.

Don't really want to tap into the heater core lines since my coolant filter is already tapped in there and adding lines would look messy.

I wanted to get some more ideas.. thanks!

Tap a hole in the oil cooler where the egr delete connects to the cover is held down by two torx and they return it to the degas bottle

I was thinking that you could run my blocker plate and coolant re-route kit on your truck with that charger and have a nice clean plumb job. Run the oil cooler outlet to the charger and the charger return to the factory port in the degas bottle. Keeps it super clean and hidden away. No messy "T" fittings and all that. One line, One direction

anyone know if the center housing HAS to be tilted for water cooling? I know there is a siphoning effect when you tilt it, but will it hurt anything If I run water and its not tilted? it was impossible to get the drain right when I tried tilting it.

wont hurt if its not tilted, its just better for cooling the bearings when you shut the truck off, if you run the lines perfectly. you will be fine though.
