Truck starts and runs but often it seems detuned only builds around 22psi of boost and no power, you don't notice it much just cruising but if you put it down its just not there. I can throw it in neutral shut it off and restart it and then it's back to normal. Once it runs like it's supposed to it stays like that until you shut it off. Go to start it back up and you never know if it'll go good or bad until you put it down. It'll stay running good or bad the whole time until you shut it off then you never know what you'll get. I changed my PCM and tried running it without tunes and it'll do the same thing. So it's not a tuning issue. And the only codes I have are for the intake heater and ebpv which are both deleted. So I'm kind of clueless right now

Sounds like the pcm is defueling. When you restart, it restarts the pcm and until you run it hard, it'll run fine.. are you on the stock pump with those injectors? You may be dropping fuel pressure

Not sure it could be the fuel pump just not keeping up as it would do it consistently not change on a restart unless it was seizing up but then it would fall flat on its face.

Does it only do this after a hard run?

Also do you only notice the effects when you push it really hard or is it down on power across the board?

Any codes?

If I start it up I won't notice if it'll run hard or half ass until you get into the throttle. If it don't go I shut it off and restart then it usually goes good. If it runs good I can run it hard all day as long as I don't shut it off. Hard runs don't change the truck. It's just every time I start it I don't know what truck I'm going to get until get into the throttle. I tried pulling codes when it's running weak and nothing for codes

How long since a fuel filter change? How long since you have looked at the fuel pickup foot. Do you still have the factory crap in the tank?

Filters have about 2000 mile, has draw straw, nothing left of a factory fuel system, seems electrical

It could be a bad relay. I assume Irate uses the stock fuel harness as the trip for the relay to the fuellab pump?

Also check the ground make sure its solid. SO many issues I have had ended up being a bad ground. Now I am really careful about it.

Think it's the relay, sometimes hear it clicking behind the dash when cranking to start
