Well took my truck to a friend today for him to look at and it is time for head gaskets. You can see combustion gas coming in the overflow tank. So right now I have to ask on a very very limited budget, what small mods could I do while we are in there? Already gonna stud it and egr delete.

Idk why that double posted. But valve springs is the one thing i regret not doing. The others are great and cheap in the big scheme of things if you can swing them all.
