What flasher with LED turn signals?

I just installed led turn signals in my headlights and am getting the fast flash when i put the turn signal on. I've read all I have to do is buy the electronic flasher and this will fix it. However, I have also read that this didn't help some guys. So, my questions are: 1. Will a flasher for sure fix my problem? 2. What flasher do I need? (I already picked up an EP-27 heavy duty electronic flasher from napa, but just wanted to check before I opened it and couldn't return it).

That exact flasher didn't do a damn thing for me, resistors wired in with the turn signals fixed my hyperblink

It fixed my fast blink problem.

I believe EP-27 is the correct one. I do not have the box for mine anymore to be sure.

My Excursion was the opposit. The resistors did nothing. The Flasher fix it.
The NAPA # is EP27L

I just called napa and they said there are two different part numbers. Ep-27 and ep-27L. Didn't know if the one was for LEDs though. I would guess I need the 27L instead of just the 27.
