What is it worth?

I have an opportunity to buy a 97 f350 cclb Powerstroke from a local kid. It has #1 piston scored. Said it runs rough but still runs. It has no dents or rust. Has about 240k miles with an auto tranny. Wondering what it is worth?

1500-2000 if the body, interior, and trans are all in good shape

Yeah definatly do not drop more then 2k in that. Specially if its got internal engine issues.
