The one tube runs all the way across the truck and into the cab by the steering column if that helps any

Looks like a cheap regulator type boost fooler. The hose going to the cab is most likely for a boost gauge.

Looks like a pressure reg limiting "sensed" boost pressure to your MAP sensor. It is most likely set at 20-22psi to keep from due fueling at 24.
