What is upgraded on the Elite Billet 71mm atmo turbo

Just wondering what actually gets upgraded on the turbo from stock to the 71mm billet turbo. What I mean is... Does it get a larger shaft? Does the housing get ported out? What upgrades other than the wheel does this have? Thanks guys for helping me out.

its a machined housing and upgraded wheel. Shaft is factory to my knowledge as well as bearings. dont qoute me on that but Im 90%.

Correct and also seams to work, tow powers are tough turbos
