What should I do?

Truck A: 08 F450 Lariat 6.4 4x4 with good body but no engine, trans or transfer case.

Truck B: 08 F450 Lariat 6.4 4x2 with good engine and most likely good transmission with a smashed cab and bed.

Would you...

Option 1- pull out engine of truck B and install into truck A?

Option 2- pull off cab and bed from truck A and install onto truck B?

I really prefer to have a 4x4.

And I want to keep the cost down as low as possible.

It would be much simpler to pull the engine from "b" and install in "a" especially since you want 4x4
