What to do with these project trucks?

I have got myself into a couple of projects that I can't decide what to do with. First truck is a 94 F350 cclb drw 460 ZF5. It has under 14k original miles. Second truck is a 1987 F250 Supercab 2wd with no engine or transmission. It has right around 127k and came out of so cal and is 100% rust free.

Since the dually has brand new tires, I considered putting its axles under the 87 and buy 05+ axles for the 94 and convert to srw. Swap beds and paint (both need paint). Since they are both gas trucks I was figuring on 12 valve swaps. The 87 would get a non intercooled 12v and a 47rh (I have these parts) and the 94 would get a 12v zf5 4407 combo. I already have a diesel zf5 and a destroked adapter plate for a 12v. Let me know what you guys would do.

Update - the 87 got a 4bt Cummins and the F350 I'm planning on 05 axles, short bed conversion, 24 valve cummins- or a 7.3 swap. 7.3 would be a zf5 (already have one . Cummins would be a G56.

Please don't butcher that low mileage 350 by putting a cummins in it.

I sold the bed off the dually, the fenders were cracked and I got an offer I couldn't refuse. It has poor tires on it now, I used the tires on the 87. It currently has around 16,500 miles.
