What tune to leave it on during trans build

Just dropped my 6.4 off at the shop today to get the trans rebuilt. I have my sct set on economy because its the only one that will shift through all the gears. Does it matter what tune its on? I know they had problems getting my buddies to shift right when it was on extreme race

Depending on build I believe most tuners IE Matt w/ Gearhead etc pull line pressure and what not. Somebody chime in that's positive. I'd get no touch with Matt myself.
