Looking into going non vgt and trying to price out a larger vgt or a non vgt setup.

I know I will need upipes, mod the downpipe, feed and return lines, hot pipe boot, and the intake. Am I missing anything here?

Also what vendors make T4 divided upipes? I think CED RCD and MPD do correct? Anyone else im missing?

What would be a good place to source a 66/73/91? Should I look into billet wheels?

I plan on 205/75 or 100 injectors and id like to try MPD's 7 hole nozzels. Horsepower im looking for around 650 any help is appreciated!!

I would talk to Matt at CED. He has personally ran abunch of different non vgts and knows how each one acts with different injectors. And from his pictures he does great work. He can get you everything you need for the non vgt.

I bought a setup from Matt @ CED. I went with the 62FMW, but he has 66 setups too. I'm sure he can get you a billet wheel if needed. What about the 64.5FMW? I bet it flows close to the cast wheel 66 and will spool quicker.

His up-pipes come with the turbo mount built in, the oil feed and oil drain setup. My stock down pipe, stock intake and stock CAC boot will all bolt up just fine.

Depends on who's non vgt you go with...not all need new y-pipes. Some use the factory style pipe by using an adapter flange like the Industrial Injection turbo kits....I ran their 62/70. Other than that...you'll need oil feed, oil drain and pedestal. But some don't use a pedestal either. Some kits are made so that the y-pipe is incorporated/made to act as a pedestal. Depends if you want a t3 or t4 setup. There's different ways to go about it. Best places to look into is MPD, RCD or CED

We specialize in this but have no problem fueling the customers fire with the DIY parts to make these from scratch right down to the stainless 2 bolt flanges. Don't be that guy to re-use your factory flanges either!

I didn't have to mod my down pipe or intake. Up pipes, feed, drain and hot side boot was it. That being said my s&b with a brand new filter cuts boost by 3psi and raises egts noticeably when the filter is on vs off.

Do you guys make an intake Greg?

MPD sells no-limit products and they make one, though I didn't see it on their site. Matt @ CED also builds/sells 4" and 5" intakes.

my vote deff goes out to the new RCD kit the weight of the charger has a real pedestal for the weight to go to instead of the up pipes, drain and feed lines are top notch as well!!, and they also included a new DP and IC pipe to make everything properly fit and work

I really like the looks of the Irate mount too for anyone concerned with mounts. It looks beefy as hell. CED's is similar looking though and serves the function.

I think that is very do-able. You should look at some of the newer FMW setups too, the 64.5 FMW supposedly spools quick and still flows about the same as the cast wheel 66, just FYI. The 67.7 will probably spool like the 66 from what I'm reading and flow a lot more.
