Where can I buy 4 new leafs for a 99 f350 4wd? Factory replacements?

Ford dealer. Many of the aftermarket ones aren't the same, heavier spring, not progressive, etc.

OEM ride height and ratings I'd go to the dealer. Lifted height depends on how much you want to spend.
