Which egr valve?

Where will I find the best price on a egr valve? Sure they can be cleaned but they can also be mangled aand bent as is mine after eviction notice. Are there any good aftermarket brands avalible

Are you not running tunes that delete the EGR function?

Ive got a few that still use the egr. Havent yet deleted the egr. Been waiting on either the head gaskets, the egr cooler or the oil cooler to go. Im still under the 15* delta and not loosing any coolant

$200 for a new valve, $200 for delete kit.....
I know which I would choose....

I understand your point jim. My thoughts are unless I have to tear into the motor I plan to leave it stock. When I go in I plan to replace the oil cooler, egr delete and do studs. At this point ive dodged that bullet for over 60k of me owning the truck. Im at 106k now and havent dropped 2 grand for fixes. So im still money ahead at this point

Just saying is all.
I get customers that want stock, cheap, simple, fast turnaround, and want a new valve put in, only to come back weeks or months later for the delete when their cooler cracks and gives them a real headache. And the shiny new-ish valve is sitting there unused from then on.

I don't know how to answer your original question. For us, it's always "need it now" and we get from Advance cuz they will deliver.
Otherwise, did you check eBay? I swear you can find anything cheapest on eBay or Amazon.
