Windows and radio cut out

I have been having this problem for a few years now and am about sick of it. My power windows and radio randomly cut on or off and it's about to drive me crazy. I know some people have said it is the VSM. My question concerning this is there a way to chck to see if it's the VSM before replacement? And if it is bad then where is it located in a 2003? I've called a few local dealerships and they've been little help so I'm wondering if anyone else has this issue. thanks

I'm pretty sure it's your gem module. Had the same problem in my 02
