Wiring issue?

2001 7.3 number 19 fuse in cab keeps blowing I have replaced the ivs still nothing the over drive switch is brand new I can't figure it out

Is the O.D. switch functioning properly? I believe the wires along the steering column can chafe and cause this concern...

Yes they are triple checked those
