WTB 7.3 Up Pipe Bolts

Hey guys,

I am just wondering where is the best place to get the bolts that go from the up pipes to manifold, and up pipes to the collector. I went to Ford today and they quoted me $49.57 for 8 bolts. Seems a little ridiculous to me.

I have been buying the metric flange head bolts from a the local true value hardware store. Fastenal has them too but the ones here make you buy a whole box at a time.

I got Bumax 88 stainless steel bolts from McMaster. They're not flange head but have been working fine and will not rust either.

Yeah just go buy some hardeneed stainlesss steel bolts of the same size, M10 i think they are maybe?

Thats wild. I actually just got 4 last week, I think they were $4? Which is still rediculous.

I know others like them but I dont recommend stainless fasteners for much of anything. They are weak and gall very easily, Ive tried em. A little copper antiseize on a regular 8.8 bolt will work just fine.
