WTF?? Electrical

My buddy's truck, 08 lariat, ccsb, 6.4 is doing some weird ****.

Non of the windows will roll down, power mirrors won't fold in, and they extend and retract super slow.

When you try and roll down the windows or extend/retract mirror, and if you turn the blinker on to turn left the drives door open flashes on the dash and the lights light up. Makes a weird sound also.

When the blinker is on the overhead lights flash with the rhythm. WTF???

I've checked fuses, looked for loose connectors, and check for anything frayed.

Any ideas? I'm to the point of setting it on fire and saying **** it.

Ford wants to charge him a 150hr to diagnosis, plus cost to fix.

sounds like a ground issue. Ground issues always do odd things like that where the lights will flash where they arent supposed to ect. I would check the grounds to the cab, there are 2 near the pcm on the firewall, and there is one on the right side of the cab, directly above the rear radius arm mount. should be on the frame and too the cab

There is another one on the passenger side battery cable that runs to the fender support

thats all i can think of right now. You might also pull the right kick panel out and check everything at the smart junction block

Had a simlar probkem on my 99, roll down the driver side window and the wipers would come on, or hit the turn signal and wipers would stop but the window wouldnt work again,. Ended up being chaffed wiring in the drivers door

Or possibly low voltage? Bad alt?
