X4 tuner update problems

I have a 2014 f350 I updated the tuner and when I connect it to my truck it's saying need an update 110d I think. When I connect it threw the sct program it's said update failed. What do I do?

Email or call SCT. Email is the fastest way unless you call early in the morning unless you will be waiting 2+ hrs on hold LOL. Does the updater throw a error?

Error updated failed no connection to tuner. I'm going to call sct around 10am when I get home

It took mine awhile for the updater program to install. Start there.

Are you using windows 8? if so you'll need to manual install the drivers for the sct.

I fixed and finish the truck all good to go. Thank you guys for helping me out

im sure he just had sct manually update his firmware. very typical when the tuner flips out like that .

I had to re download the software on my computer obve I did that it worked like a champ.
