ive got a sump feedin it. on a cold night like tonight here in ohio is 10F my FP gauge read 60- 62 psi on the small fuel bowl at med to WOT i can get from 5 -15 psi drop. on a warmer day around 25-30F my truck says its at 55psi at WOT ive seen it drop terribly low to 30 then i get out of it ASAP i have the fpr on the pump turned up a quarter of a turn really doesnt seem to do much. any ideas or help. this is gettin to be stupid.

I ran a relay to off the old ko to trip my relay and ran a line off the battery

A regulated return might help if the pump isn't faulty. I don't run the ad2s for their regulated setup or reliability.

Sump with an NPT and only 3 fittings between it and the pump...... hmmmm if it's sucking air... the installer did a major fail, and there should be a leak. I don't think that's the problem.

it just did it again i was hammering on it i only have 10lbs loss now. now it dropped from 50 to 30 then slowly to zero..... then when i opened the valve on the water seperator. air cam out then i left it open then fuel came out steadily then i drove home and was fine.
