I have searched and searched, but can not come up with a part # for a complete pre-bled kit.

The dealer said that it wasn't available, but Im almost positive that I priced the complete kit about 6 months ago.

Several places that I read seemed like that people had ordered one at some point in time. So does anybody still happen to have that part # laying around? TIA

Same unit I'm running just with the push rod pernament fix^^^^

How is it with that double disc. That is the main reason Im looking to change something. I replaced just the slave the day after I put the SB in, and the pedal feel is just not like I think it should be.

I'm usually not a fan of any aftermarket parts.

Nearest o-reillys is around 80 miles from me and the online store says its not available. The slave I currently have is from carquest. Do you really think there would be that much difference between oreillys and carquest?

Has anybody tried an aluminium master cylinder setup listed an older bronco?

My pedal is stiff, but it always has been, the slave cylinder has been trouble free for around 3 years now with the double disc.

Most of the pre bled kits now all have the larger master cyl and slave (1.25" IIRC). I could not get a slave install to bleed well. My clutch lining is worn enough that it would engage the clutch, but I knew there was still air in it. The pre bled kit was like night and day and it took care of all issues.

Most major parts chains carry the Dorman pre bled kit. I didnt get mine from OReillys, but rather another local chain. I posted the link from the part number.

Just remembered, did you see this thread? http://powerstrokearmy.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22328

It may help...
