zf5 rebuild???

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot please move it if it needs to be.
I'm in the process of rebuilding my zf5 in the latest ride, i replaced the clutch pedal assembly as it was shot but still have a slight grinding in 3rd gear and reverse is pretty tough to get into, so im dropping it and going to go through it and replace whatever needs taken care of.

so my question what fluid are you guys using in a rebuilt zf5.

ZF uses Castrol TranSynd on their remans. Make sure it is a Synthetic ATF! Cheers!
