Zf6 help

[Stroker 7.3]

Hey I've got a 2002 7.3 zf6 I just had work done including a throw out baring it's making a kinda clunk squeek noise when I down shift to 2ed and sometimes 3ed not as much in 3ed though only on down shift any ideas ? Thanks for any input

Up pipes manifolds water pump throw out baring and oil pan replaced the truck is stock
