These systems are all complete and we have several sitting on the shelf ready to go. We sell a lot of these locally and haven't really marketed these on the forums much. But everything is ready to go now.

7.3L Walbro Partial Kit - $875
7.3L Walbro Full Kit - $1000
7.3L A-1000 Full Kit - $1325
6.0L Walbro Full Kit - $1125
6.0L A-1000 Full Kit - $1375
6.4L A-1000 Full Kit - $1400

Each full kit includes a pickup tube, feed line, filter bracket, pump, all Parker pushlock lines and Parker fittings, Regulator, Gauge, stainless hardware and wiring. The partial kit is mainly for OBS guys wanting electric fuel. It will attach to the selector valve instead of installing pickup tubes. These kits should be installed by someone with mechanical ability as removing the fuel tank, uppipes and other important engine parts is sometimes required depending on the setup.

We can also sell you partial kits, IE: just the pump/bracket setup if you already have a regulated return or similar.

If you are using a Sump, you can take $50.00 off each of those full kit prices.
If you already have a regulated return, you can take $250 off any of the 7.3L or 6.0L kits as long as it's a 2 port regulator with 6an fittings. If you have a 6.4 you can take off $300 as long as it's a 2 port regulator with 10an fittings. The kit will be shipped without the fittings for the regulator and without the regulator so it will be up to you to make it work with the system. So far we have not had a problem here at the shop and we have used several other companies regulated returns with our pump setups.

I encourage anyone on the forum who has purchased my fuel kit to post pictures on here with them. Detailed install instructions will be e-mailed out with these kits as well.

Here is a 6.4L System installed.

About time you put these up!

Top notch kits guys and if you have an issue, Marty will go the extra mile to make sure it gets worked out. I have helped install a few of them and they are well laid out and easy to assemble.

This is your standard A-1000 kit, with regulator mounted on the engine not under the truck.

Dropped to 15 psi or dropped 15 psi from regulated setting?

It went from 60 - 45. We were also running out of fuel towards the end of the day so that figure might be skewed. Earlier in the day I didn't see any drop. The walbro kit on a 6.0L did 575 on fuel. The A-1000 kit is now on there and the fuel pressure hasn't dropped at all. Then again we haven't ran it that low on fuel either.

how easy was the install and was you able to remove the factory filters?

Eric's install was easy because it was with the cab up. My kit is just as difficult as anyone else's full kit based on the fact you need to get to the HPFP. It's advisable to pressurize the system while everything else is apart to check for leaks before moving on.

Do you still do the dual superduty pump kits?

I don't anymore. Honestly for the $ you spend you might as well get a walbro kit and then buy a spare pump to put in the glove box and still have money left over. If it fails, it doesn't take but a few tools to change the pump. The whole job can be done with wrenches. Obviously really small ones for the power/ground wires.
