I forgot...Did you try any smaller vgt's or go straight into non-vgt?

I think its time for a change up for me. Where I moved only has speed limits of 55 and below and this 68 doesn't seem like that much.

I'm running the stock 20 inch tires for now and probably will stay with them. As for the Turbo running the HTT365FMW 64.5 front but the difference is the 70mm rear. Something new. Next step will be Tadds Precision, HTT Modified 366 or MPD 467 who knows. Having to much fun with this one right now.

13.4 then backed it up twice with a 13.410 then 13.465. I talked to Tadd & Craig the more fuel the slower the times. But what I was missing was the MPH was up so the HP is there. 60 ft time was slower. So wheel slippage I guess. Dropping the air pressure down to 50 all around going to 2nd gear launch tune and a new Engine Tune Tadd sent me. Going to strip the truck also. That's has my work weight. Going to strip 2nd fuel tank and all my tool along with spare tire, tailgate. See what happens.

Ever thought about ALA's to help leave harder off the line? Would match your bars well!

That's funny. I had a few PM's over that. LOL I had a few ask me what I'm doing at the line but as soon as I hit 8 to 10 lbs of boost I blow right through the brakes. More practice I guess but I am stomping down hard on the pedal.

It really helps on the other end because of the full lockup from 3rd gear on. My boost is up because of the full lockup and mph are up thru the traps but It killed my 60 foot time. Last Wednesday it was better my 60 foot was 1.9 and I could not touch that Saturday. It was a strange night. When I look at my recordings from inside the truck my regular shift points were off by 200 rpm also. My daily driver Trans tune did better but it was off. I updated all my cards and reloaded all my tunes after formatting all my cards. Starting over. I did do a complete service on the Trans before we went. I'll start over again on test & tune Wednesday night and see. It was nuts trying to figure things out.
One thing I can say for the new Turbo is she comes on at 1800 Rpm. By 2000 RPM I'm at 26 lbs and by 2200 crossing over 36 and tops out around 48lbs. Highest back pressure was recorded at 59.7 when I landed on 3rd gear. Tadd has the Boost to Fuel dead on.

How did the 2nd gear launches work?

they took the tsd extra cab from 12.40's to 11.90's in one fail swoop ! that included the early lockup that Bentley figured out with chris at tsd . huge difference. the 6.7 has made solid repeatable power but was never showing it at the track until this new trans stuff. my truck is MUCH faster with the early lockup.

Sounds like what they do with the 47re coupled to a cummins.

I bet that's fun to drive with early lockup. I'd take that on a tuned only truck. Gonna have to try that.

I don't know if I would on a tune only truck , its pretty aggressive and takes some real power to get through .

Come on!!! 430 hp used to be REALLY POWER... ha.

But, yeah I hear you. Probably not wise for stockish fuel.

Hey it would be nice if a fella could change transmission files like shift on the fly engine tunes.
