Fixed the front end last week.
This is what the last pull left me with.

So rpm Offroad sent me there drive flange kit and I got a Trutrac and a new axle from ford.

Gonna go pulling again tomorrow. So we will see how it dose this time.

Shouldn't change anything in 2wd other than a slight drop in fuel economy since you are always turning the front diff and axles

I would think it will drive like crap on pavement since the front will be locked all the time, dosent matter if its in 2wd or 4wd the front will pop and what not on turns. Thats been my experiance with slugs atleast.

Unless there's a front locker or limited slip, the only time you will notice any negative driving manners is at full steering lock as the axle shaft u-joints bind. Diff and driveline will spin, but they're not engaged with the t-case until the switch is hit, or lever pulled.

I drive with my hubs locked in 75 percent of the time. Truck drives fine. ..

Dodges aren't locked all the time that's why they have a center axle disconnect unless the newer ones have changed.

I believe he has a trutrac also.
