Having just fixed a similar issue (identical) that didn't code initially (on 2,4,6,8), I replaced the GPCM and all is well. Before it coded, I checked the resistance from the plug to ground and all were 1.1 ohm (good 0.5<>1.9 ohm), so I knew each GP and the wiring to the GPCM was good. Just...

You wont know until you pull them out, but spool stiction shouldn't be part of the problem as that is oil related, not fuel. On the fuel side, the plunger may be worn or scarred due to lack of fuel to cool and lubricate the bore; but more than likely the nozzles are damaged, causing sticking...

It certainly could be the IPR valve. Even new ones are known to have caused problems.

Once you go larger and change the offset you have no choice; lift, cut, and/or move the axle forward. Depending on the wheel offset 4" should be enough. If you are rubbing now, another 1.5" probably will not work.

Here is what I did with the reservoir relocation:

I am in the same boat... but my hoses should reach. With the reservoir attached to the shock body without offset wheels the tire will catch the reservoir on one side, but will just miss on the other side. With larger tires I would catch for sure! Fox seemed to be clueless on the shock tower...

Don't feel too bad, I could blow through my new-old converter as well, even with low to moderate power applied. I recently sent it back to PI under warranty for a new one, but the new one has the opposite problem, this one stalls even before the RPM cracks 1200! I couldn't do a boosted launch...
