I've always preferred the clean look of a dumped exhaust with the tip hidden from view. My old 2500HD had a 4" with a 5" tip dump after the axle, this one has a 5" with a 5" tip dump after the axle. I don't have any pics of the dump itself, so here is just a clean rearend with no nasty exhaust...

Rock auto sells Husky Spring Brand u-bolts really cheap, ~$10 each. I've used these for several projects, if you need a custom size you can cross reference them on their site then find them through rock auto.

Well I went out on my lunch hour to check it. Light was on just like it was on the drive to work today, but when I scanned it, it said no codes found, so I hit clear, it failed to clear, key off/on then cleared again, this time it cleared. Drove it to lunch, then back to work, no SES light. So...

I'll see what I can do on those readings. I'll try that too. The truck runs absolutely normal at this time, no change in power, builds boost fine, etc. This one has had the chip in it for about 1 year now with no issues.

Last night I was in my 2000 F250 7.3 6 speed, I had pulled through a dealership looking for a new car for the wife, switched the chip on "whisper" mode while I was talking to the salesman. As I went to pull off I switched the chip back to my normal 90hp tune, as I did this the engine nearly cut...

Should have mentioned with mine, I also get a vibration, but only from 75-80, and with no load. I can smoothly accelerate from 70 to 80, but if I let off and coast it will vibrate until it is below 75 again.

My 2000 7.3 with the ZF6 and 3.73 open rear has about the same amount of play, the backlash seems excessive, but I have opened it up and measured. 195k on it.
