Ruben tree'd me. My guess is your hubs have been locked, or malfunctioning Auto for a long time. This causes the whole 4wd assembly to run. Wore out the tcase u joint, you felt it going. Toe truck driver never checked. Boom, exit transfer case. Common dodge issue, they can't unlock.

James at Barder Turbo should have what you need. But if you decide to go in a different direction, I'd be interested in the core turbo if it has a 14cm exhaust housing. Cody

Valair all day long. But if you are gonna beat on it, it has to be ceramic, or sintered iron. Both can get grabby. But like Travis said, my sintered iron in my pulling truck engages smoother than just about any other clutch I've had. But it howls when it's engaging.

Are these the pumps that everyone is using in the mechanical conversions? Pictures?

Ryan, still loving the turbo. I remember a thread you were talking about rebuilding one was gonna be like $750 or something. Not true, I got an S300 kit from Barder with a 360* thrust for like $260. Turbo is happy again. Just some FYI.

Spent 20 min trying to see if that fits a 95 D60 front. I think it does, but can't be certain. My puller needs a some sort of locker in the front and I'm wanting to change to a 4:88 gear.

Finished putting it on the truck at 5:30 this morning. So far I'm very happy with it. Spools MUCH faster than the H2E/19cm. I've only test drove it this morning, then to work this evening. But so far very nice turbo, thank you again Ryan.
